The AGADI Screw-In Bone Tack System is intended for controlled fixation of barrier membranes, bone blocks, and soft tissue grafts during dental regenerative and augmentation procedures. The system uses a dedicated AGADI driver developed for the placement of threaded bone tacks. Unlike conventional tack systems that require hammering, the AGADI system operates through a controlled reciprocating screw-in technique.
This insertion method allows the clinician to advance the tack gradually into the bone while maintaining control over its position, direction, and insertion depth. The technique is designed to reduce sudden impact on the surgical site and minimize unnecessary trauma to the surrounding bone and soft tissues.
During placement, the screw-in movement helps prevent the membrane from being pulled, folded, lifted, or displaced. This supports accurate positioning and stable fixation of the membrane or graft throughout the regenerative procedure.
