You can pay with your Pay-Pal account, or with a SSL secured Credit Card payment (we accept vast majority of credit cards)

Our payment provider automatically and securely processes your payment, in order to initiate the packaging and dispatching of your order quickly and efficiently.

Can I change my registered email address?

Our international shipping service works with over 200+ countries. We do not ship to the following countries: North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Israel, Iran

What if I entered the wrong address?

Do I need to pay customs fees?

My package is delayed!

Don't worry if your shipment is slightly delayed, especially during holidays or weekends when postal and delivery services may not be operating.
In some cases, customs clearance procedures may also add to the delivery time.

I want to return my package!

If you received a malfunctioned item, or it's the wrong size or product, don't worry, we've got you covered!You have 60 days from the time you receive your item to contact us for a solution.If it's our mistake, we'll even pay for the return shipping.Please make sure that the returned item is undamaged and comes with all its original accessories in the original packaging.
