We provide free worldwide shipping to over 200 countries & regions. However, we are not responsible for customs charges.
Customs may charge their own fees that are not associated with our shipping cost.
They are their own entity and reserve the right to charge as they see fit.
Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it.

Customers can contact us within 60 days of receiving the item if you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size, or the wrong product.
We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Any returned product must be undamaged, with all original accessories and in the original packaging as it was delivered.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item, or you can call us anytime at 1-800-390-1105, 24/7 to speak with our customer support. Please have your order number readily accessible before calling.
Shipped orders that go unclaimed or are refused at time of delivery or are returned undeliverable will be subject to original shipping charges incurred and return charges.
All returns must have a return authorization to qualify for a refund/exchange.
Exchanges may take up to 10 business days to process after our delivery-team gets the returned item(s) tracking number(s).

 

Compensation time-frame:
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 1-4 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
  • Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
  • Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days

Unfortunately, WholeDent.com is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments.
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by WholeDent.com.
For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

All the dental implants that appear on the website are under the GDT Implants brand and are manufactured by them

 

GDT Implants provides a life-time warranty for their implants and undertake the responsibility
to replace, free of charge, any implant/abutment manufactured by GDT Implants.

The terms and conditions of these warranties are set out under the following conditions:
1. GDT Implants do not compensate the professional* or the patient with any additional cost or expenses arising in connection with the failed implant.
2. To receive the benefits of the warranties the professional* must have used surgical and prosthetic components and have performed the implant process according to GDT Implants instructions.
3. Ensure that the patient complies with generally accepted standards of good oral hygiene.
For implants, oral hygiene maintenance examinations twice a year are recommended.

GDT Implants is not obliged to supply any benefits under this warranty with respect to any GDT Implants product if the failure was caused by trauma or by the patient claims.
To present a demand under this Warranty, you have to send a completed product replacement form accompanied by the failed product and the other components place by the professional within 2 months after the occurrence of the failure.

In case of implant failure or fracture, an x-ray of the failed implant before the failure is mandatory.
Before submitting the implant and the other parts used in the treatment, ensure that all products are sterilized.

If the Client agrees to and abides by the provisions of this warranty, the warranty will remain in effect for a lifetime.
However, should the Distributor and his client violate one of the
provisions listed above, the warranty will be void.
 
Application of Warranty:

The warranties give under this Warranty Program are exclusively for the benefit of the treatment provider and not any other person or entity.
This Warranty Program applies to GDT Implants and all official distributors.

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items within 60 minutes after an order is placed.
Please, if you have to cancel your order for any reason, reach out to us immediately at info@wholedent.com if you can cancel within the given time frame.
We process orders as quickly as possible, so cancellations are time-sensitive.
