The Top Implant TrueFit Pro 5 Kit is a full-arch intraoral scanning system designed to accurately capture implant positions in fully edentulous patients. Developed for digital implant rehabilitation and All-on-X workflows, it helps reduce distortion associated with scan-data stitching while supporting precise restorative planning. The system offers data matching accuracy of up to 0.005mm, equivalent to 5 microns.

The kit supports a streamlined digital workflow, from soft-tissue scanning and bite registration to implant position recording and prosthetic design. It can be used for implant-supported fixed prostheses, bar overdentures, temporary restorations, and digital models.

The TrueFit Pro 5 scan bodies are compatible with multiple implant systems when used with the appropriate corresponding central screws. Digital workflows are supported through exocad and 3Shape software libraries.

Before scanning, clean the treatment area by removing blood and maintaining a clean, dry scanning field. Verify that the scan-body connection and screws match the implant system. Adjust the lighting to minimize reflections, and ensure the patient is comfortable to reduce movement during scanning.

Operation Method:

1. 1. Scan the soft tissue: Install the scan caps and perform an intraoral scan to capture the gingival profile and generate an STL file of the surrounding soft tissue.
   2. Record the bite: Verify the occlusal relationship and perform a bite scan to capture the patient’s occlusion.
   3. Scan the implant positions: Install the scan bodies and perform an additional scan to capture the precise three-dimensional positions of the implants. Confirm that the central screws are properly tightened, especially on angled multi-unit abutments.
   4. Design the restoration: Import the scan data into compatible software and use the appropriate exocad or 3Shape library to design the required restoration.

Position the scan bodies toward the center of the dental arch so their identification features face inward and the scanning surfaces converge. If adjacent implants are too far apart, use one of the included connectors to bridge the space between neighboring scan bodies.
