Copper Ni-Ti is made of nickel, titanium, copper, and chromium. Copper Ni-Ti demonstrates precise transformation temperature control, is more resistant to permanent deformation, and presents a smaller drop in unloading force than other nickel-titanium alloys. Copper Ni-Ti provides a higher temperature transition - 35°C to lower the relative forces delivered by the wire and maintain consistent forces. To release the wire pressure simply use cold water to low the wire temperature.
