WholeDent.com online shopping experience requires the gathering of personal information from our clients as part of our purchasing process. This personal information includes details such as the full name of the client, his address, his email address and cell phone number.
When browsing through our online store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Our email marketing may send you updates and notifications on our store, new products, seasonal discounts, etc. The email marketing service is a registered service, where the client provides his permission for this type of marketing to take place, and he may opt out from the service at any time.

WholeDent.com makes sure it receives consent on both transactions and marketing activities. With regards to purchasing and transactions - all personal information provided implies your consent to utilize such information for the use of verifying credit card credentials, placing an order, dispatching a shipment and receiving requests for replacement when relevant.
For using your information for marketing purposes, WholeDent.com will ask for explicit consent for such activities, which our clients will be able to opt out at any given time.
Withdrawing consent: if you change your mind regarding our marketing activities, you may withdraw your consent by contacting us at info@wholedent.com. You may also request to remove all saved personal information on the website once your purchases have been received and there are no pending orders under your account details.
DISCLOSURE
We may be legal obligated disclose your personal information if we are required to do so be legal and authorities if you violate our Terms of Service.
SHOPIFY
Our online store is based on Shopify Inc. digital infrastructure. As Such, Shopify Inc. provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All our client’s personal data is stored within Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores your personal information on a secure data server behind a firewall.
Payment Method: If you choose to purchase with a direct payment gateway, Shopify will store your credit card data. The payment data will be encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete the purchase transaction. Once completed, your purchase transaction information will be deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
