The Morelli Orthodontic Mini Screw with Button Head is designed to provide a temporary anchorage point for controlled orthodontic tooth movement. Its self-drilling active tip supports secure placement, reliable primary stability, and immediate orthodontic loading when clinically appropriate.
The rounded button head is designed for improved patient comfort and includes a 0.5mm anchorage channel for commonly used wires, eyelets, and elastic chains. A 0.8mm opening in the hexagonal head accommodates orthodontic wires up to .021″ × .025″, providing flexibility across different treatment mechanics.
Manufactured from a high-quality titanium alloy, each mini screw features a carefully designed transmucosal section to support adaptation and maintenance of the surrounding soft tissue. The screws are supplied sterile and are available in multiple lengths and transmucosal heights.
