The Dentium DASK Simple Sinus Kit is a compact system designed to support sinus elevation through both crestal and lateral approaches. It combines dedicated compaction drills, lateral drills, a bone spreader and four sinus-lifting instruments to provide controlled access and efficient bone preparation.
The kit includes Ø3.0mm and Ø3.5mm compaction drills, each measuring 35mm in length and featuring an adjustable stopper range of 4–10mm. Their reverse-direction cutting design supports automatic bone-chip lifting and side bone compaction. Dentium specifies operation at 50 RPM and 70 Ncm without irrigation.
For lateral access, the kit includes two Ø4.0mm lateral drills in 28mm and 40mm lengths. Dentium specifies operation at 1,000 RPM and 30–45 Ncm with irrigation. The kit also contains a 33.5mm bone spreader with graduated Ø1.0mm, Ø1.5mm and Ø2.0mm sections, as well as four sinus-lifting instruments: SSE1L, SSE2L, SSE3L and SSE4L.
