MEDICLUS One-Fil Putty is a pre-mixed, calcium silicate–based bioceramic cement designed for a wide range of endodontic and restorative procedures. This ready-to-use putty is formulated with tricalcium silicate compounds and sets in the presence of moisture, making it suitable for clinical environments where fluid exposure is expected. With a high alkaline pH of 13.2 and a setting time of approximately 30 minutes inside the root canal, it provides an effective seal and supports hard tissue formation. One-Fil Putty is suitable for applications such as pulp capping, pulpotomy, perforation repair, apexification, root-end filling, and pulp revascularization.
